Since opening its doors in January of 2010, GBR has become one of the leading clinical research centers in the state of Georgia. GBR has conducted studies in various pulmonary disease states including COPD and Asthma. Our partnership with the renowned physicians of Gwinnett Pulmonary Group has helped us create a clinical research center with the highest degree of medical care and knowledge.

Patient Care

In addition to state of the art medical equipment, Gwinnett Biomedical Research takes pride in the efforts made to make the patient experience as comfortable as possible.  Free snacks and refreshments are always available in the patient lounge, as well as an HDTV with a growing collection of DVDs. Our patients affectionately refer to the waiting room as the living room and many times stay long after their visit is over just to spend time with the staff. GBR’s staff know all their patients on a first name basis and truly treat them like family. Our staff of highly trained coordinators and doctors specializing in pulmonary care make GBR the kind of place that patients can call home.
